These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HabitCopilot app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

HabitCopilot grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.

Not medical or professional advice

HabitCopilot is a habit-tracking tool with motivational coaching features. Its content and AI-generated messages are for general informational and motivational purposes only and are not medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health or wellbeing.

Your content

You are responsible for the habits, notes, and other content you create in the App. Because this content is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy), you are responsible for your own device backups. We cannot recover data that is lost, for example if you delete the App or reset your device.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with it except to the extent that applicable law permits, and not to use it in any unlawful way.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI coaching will be accurate for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitCopilot and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
